SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your “narval" garments are ready to be shipped one business day after the order is placed online. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once the shipment is dispatched from our distribution center in New York, usually 2-3 business days after the order has been received. Please track your order status through the link included in the e-mail. 

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.  

(For orders under $150, a flat rate of $20 will be applied for U.S. addresses)

Any applicable sales taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout. The carrier maintains discretion over whether signature will be required upon delivery.

Our warehouse is closed on statutory holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

***Orders placed during statutory holidays, the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale, Christmas and New Year's Day may take up to 1 week to ship.***

We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories at this time. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
