100% satisfaction guaranteed!! If you are unhappy with your order, simply return any item purchased from “narval" within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns should follow these instructions: 

1. Send a return request to contact@narvalnewyork.com and include your order number

2. Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, with packaging and tags included
3. Bring your package to any postal office nearby at your convenience, and ship to us at:

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In case that your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
